As the globalization of STEAM education accelerates, the shortage of teachers has become an increasing concern in the education community.

科技的巨大进步推动人工智能时代的迅猛发展，目前，"AI（人工智能）"已经成为全球产业界、学术界的高频词。未来世界各国在人工智能的核心竞争就是人才的竞争，因此，培养青少年在人工智能方面的科技素养就成为全世界普遍关注的重点。

In addition, the progress of science and technology, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence, has made AI a high-frequency term in industry and academia around the world. As need for human talent is positioned to increase exponentially in the future, all countries throughout the world are in competition for the best AI talent. This makes the cultivation of scientific and technological literacy, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence, a fundamental focus of universal attention in the education of young people.

众所周知，STEAM教育作为近年来跨学科教育的重要教学方法，可以全面提升学生的逻辑思维能力、动手能力和创造能力，为培养学生21世纪的科学素养起到了重要作用，得到了世界各国政策的大力支持、并受到家长和社会的广泛认同和重视。

The importance of STEAM education has proven to be an effective means to improve the logical thinking ability and creativity of students and has elevated the cause of scientific literacy in the 21st century with parents and other elements of society.

近年来，尤其是在各学科之间的交叉融合，使得STEAM 得以在全球范围内使用和迅速推广。但同时，由于在STEAM教育教学中最重要的创新性，使从业教师面临巨大挑战，而优秀教师的短缺更是成为全球STEAM教育领域的焦点问题。

Recently, the popularity of STEAM curriculum has rocketed into the headlines as an effective approach to foster cross-disciplinary educational integration, thereby increasing the interest students have in learning otherwise standardized subjects. This has led to an increase in student motivation to learn and has aided in the removal of various distractive, noneducational issues from the classroom allowing teachers to focus more attention on teaching. Additionally, AI technology has increased teacher effectiveness and lessened the impact of the teacher shortage by freeing educators from more routine educational processes to focus on more productive interactions with students.

The global STEAM Education Masters was born to explore the strength of excellent teachers and improve the overall level of the industry.

教育无国界，优秀无上限。为了开阔行业国际视野，进一步提升国内STEAM教师的教学水平，发掘优秀教师，升级行业优质课程，北美少儿科技教育协会联合传喻科技共同发起了全球STEAM大师赛及优秀教师评选活动，旨在为中国STEAM教师提供了一个国际化的展示交流的平台，在沉淀优质师资和教学模式的同时，不断打磨行业标准，以开放的心态和创新思维，推动STEAM教育全球化融合发展进程。

Education knows no borders and excellence knows no limits. NAYTEA and Chuanyu are providing an international platform for the exchange of ideas, honing of industry standards, and innovative thinking about how best to educate students now and it the future. It is aim to provide the platform to STEAM Teachers for display and exchange, while accumulating high-quality recourse and teaching methods, and keep to polish industry standerds and promote the process of STEAM education globalization.

凡是STEAM教师均可参加比赛，包括：机器人教师、编程教师、创客教师等；每位老师提交基础资料：姓名+教龄+机构+联系方式+参选课程名称、获得的证书等；All STEAM teachers is qualified to participate in the competition, The area related to robot / coding Math / maker / AI etc.；The info request with the submission: Full name+duration of teaching experience+organization name+contact info+academy area, certification and awarding etc.;
每位老师提交5课时的课程设计，内容要求：学习参与度和娱乐、教学设计、学习目标、易于实施、创新创意； Each teacher submits a five-hour course design/lesson plan ，Scoring Criteria:Student Engagement & Fun factor/Instructional Design/Learning Goals/Ease of Implementation/Creativity & Innovation/Cross Curricular Connections；
每位老师提交DEMO课视频1节，内容要求：15-30分钟DEMO，要求视频授权CY&NAYTEA平台使用；Submit 1 DEMO lesson videoAbout 15-30 minutes,The video authorize to CY & NAYTEA platform;
